Nick Jones
Nick joins us from the Cabinet Office Transformational Government team - although he has been on loan to COI for a few months. He will start his new role with immediate effect, reporting into Alex Butler.
Nick has a strong background in digital media; he co-founded New Media Age in 1994 and the European operation of Jupiter Research (a US analyst firm covering online advertising, content, marketing and commerce) in 1997. In Transformational Government, Nick specialised in service design and customer insight - experience that he will now bring to COI.
